How does AI recognition work?
When you photograph a clothing item, our app sends the image to OpenAI's GPT-4o-mini API for analysis. The AI identifies the category (shirt, pants, etc.), dominant color, material, and style attributes. This usually takes 2-5 seconds.
Why didn't AI recognize my item?
AI recognition works best with clear photos of one or two items at a time. If you photograph a busy scene (closet shelf, store rack with multiple items), the AI focuses on the most prominent piece. For best results, photograph items on a plain background or laid flat.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Alternatively, email ilan@puzzlax.com requesting deletion. We remove your data within 30 days.
Is my data private?
Yes. We do not sell, share, or use your wardrobe photos for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for details.
What does it cost?
Stylist by Puzzlax is currently free. We may introduce optional paid features in the future, with clear notice.
Which platforms are supported?
iOS 14+ and Android 8+. We may add web access in the future.
