Account Deletion Request
To request the deletion of your Stylist by Puzzlax account and all associated data, please send an email to:
Please include the email address associated with your account in the message.
What gets deleted
- Your account credentials (email, password)
- All clothing items and uploaded photos
- All outfit sets and saved style profiles
- Wear history and event log
- User preferences and settings
What we may retain
- Anonymized analytics data (no longer linked to your identity)
- Anonymized crash logs (for service reliability)
- Records required for legal compliance, retained for the period required by applicable law
Process
Account deletion requests are processed within 14 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email when the deletion is complete.
